About this role

Due to continued global growth within the organisation, 3DISC is looking to expand with the addition of a Marketing Specialist. This is a great opportunity to work within one of the most rapidly growing areas of digital dentistry, improving both patient and clinician experience with our existing and future next generation products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve the company’s marketing programs.
  • Build and implement viable digital and traditional marketing strategies and supports for the company.
  • Apply the various online tools to promote the company’s online image and brand.
  • Develop and improve the SEO/SEM Campaigns.
  • Assess the various online and offline campaigns of the company to understand how to improve them.
  • Creation of content and event organisation.

Requirements

  • Work experience in Marketing
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing tools and techniques
  • Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office; Adobe suites, web analytics and Google Adwords, CRM
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Bilingual in English and French, another language would be a plus.

    Dental Technician Customer Support CAD CAM

    About the position

    3DISC is seeking a Dental Technician – Customer Support in our Neuilly-Sur-Seine, FR headquarters. The Dental Technician – Customer Support is responsible for effectively, efficiently, and promptly resolving clinical and technical issues relating to intraoral scanner hardware, computer systems and software. You must be proactive, service-oriented, willing to accept responsibility, able to work with demanding deadlines, flexible, decisive and possess excellent team working skills. You must be able to maintain professional composure under stressful situations.

    As a Dental Technician – Customer Support, you are the direct support to remote staff globally. You respond to customer communication regarding software/hardware issues received via phone, email or a ticketing solution. You evaluate the nature of the problem, determine the appropriate solution and provide assistance to resolve the situation for the customer. You also accurately and thoroughly document information in the provided ticketing solution for each contact handled following defined parameters.

    Customer Service Responsibilities

    • Respond to our customer via the various contact channels (emails, telephone).
    • Provide end user support on all levels. From laptop, network, and software support
    • Provide Support to Heron Inter oral Scanner users. Support to Doctors and Dental Techs
    • Become proficient with the Heron Intraoral Scanner and Heron Clinic software
    • Ticket writing in our ticketing tool.
    • Transfer and follow-up of tickets to our research & development platform.
    • Write articles in our knowledge base.
    • Prepare / test user workstations for our end customers.
    • Prepare / test intraoral scanners for our end customers.
    • Work on different time slots to cover the different part of the US.
    • Prepare the package and shipping label.
    • Receive RMA from our customers and do the analysis with R&D.

    Required Education and Experience

    • Qualified Dental Technician with background in CAD/CAM
    • Experience in supporting customers either for a lab or with a dental supply company
    • Knowledge of IT can computer systems is a plus (not Mandatory)
    • Demonstration of strong organizational and follow through skills
    • Experience working in a team environment with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers at all levels in the organization
    • Effective and structured written and verbal communication skills

    Preferred Experience

    • Experience with intraoral scanners or CAD CAM software
    • Dental technician certification undergraduate degree

      Senior C++ Developer

        Senior Windows System Engineer


        Overview

The 3DISC research and development team is a global team working in France, USA, and South Korea.
        3DISC provides a dynamic work environment with more than 50 dedicated employees engaged in delivering targeted solutions for the dental market. The R&D team is growing fast and requires a strong expert to coordinate and implement robust software across multiple PC platforms. This role requires a hands-on engineer with and comprehensive expertise in real-time applications on Windows based systems. In this role, you will be working with a team of SW engineers to develop and optimize the solutions including an Nvidia GPU.
        Depending on the profile further to this the role may include the definition and/or development of a PC Managed Service application for over 30 000 PCs.

        The Position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France.

        About the position

        Objectives

        • Own the PC hardware and software configurations for our customers
        • Define and maintain the recommended PC software configuration (Windows OS, GPU drivers and other software tools such as power management tools) for 3DISC applications,
        • Define and run validation tests with new PC hardware / base software configuration,
        • Solve Windows/ PC related issues escalated from our Customer Support,
        • Collaborate with our software engineers to optimize real time performance,
        • Drive the design and development of our PC Managed Service application to manage our customer’s PCs in the field.

        Profile

        • Bachelor’s or MS degree in computer science
        • Experience as a system engineer in near real time PC-based solution project in a Windows environment
        • Experience with GPU and parallel computing (CUDA, OpenMP) solutions
        • Experience with multi-threaded programming for high-performance applications.
        • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
        • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
        • First class analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills including debugging

        Desired skills

        • Proven Windows operating system experience in mission critical system projects (both development and deployment phases)
        • Management and monitoring of large PC fleet updates with security constraints
        • Hands on expertise of Windows operating system administration tools
        • Knowledge of 3D and computer vision concepts
        • CUDA Programming skills is a plus
        • Ability to support and drive international teams
